I know frame-rate on emulator and the like can make the time stuff faster or slower depending on FPS.
Is this the case for regular PSP as well?
I usually play on PSP + iso of the game for faster load-times in Time Attack.

Initial D - Street Stage ROM download for Sony Playstation Portable ISOs / PSP. For Initial D: Street Stage on the PSP, GameFAQs has 30 save games. The iso will need to be extracted to the file (Initial_D_street.) Copy that file (Initial_D bla bla) and paste it into your phone (preferably Downloads).
A sheet you could copy and fill-in the times for, perhaps?
